Colleen is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, and experienced facilitator with over 20 years of guiding individuals and teams to extraordinary outcomes. As a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Colleen helps her clients leverage their unique talents to maximize impact, performance, and job satisfaction. Her expertise spans corporate women’s leadership programs, mentoring initiatives, and training for Fortune 500 companies, universities, and small businesses.
Colleen lives in Massachusetts with her husband, rescue dog Jack, and their two college daughters. She enjoys traveling, throwing pottery and volunteering for Girls Inc, EforAll Holyoke and the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women.
